Managing Rental Housing Class
Owning and managing rental housing in San Francisco is more complicated than it used to be. Why not get help managing your investment? This course will cover the following four major categories of rental housing operations:
- “Creating the Tenancy”
- “During the Tenancy”
- Termination of the Tenancy”
- “Post-Tenancy
This course is based upon the Managing Rental Housing Reference Guide (Ninth
Edition), a publication of the California Apartment Association. It will be used as a
reference text throughout the course. Students will be provided a copy of the 9th Edition Reference Guide as part of the class fee.
Managing Rental Housing is taught by Michelle Horneff-Cohen of Property Management Systems
Fee: $110 for SFAA members; $220 for non-members
