What do you need to have in place before you start marketing your rental? You need to know how to (and what to) process potential renters without discrimination! Do you have a documented process that explains your specific criteria and for which you can follow to be consistent each and every renter? Do you have a separate qualification questionnaire that you complete?








This class is taught by Michelle Horneff-Cohen of Property Management Systems 
 
Once you complete registration you will be sent a separate link to register for the Zoom webinar system. Upon completion you will be sent the event access ID.
