Scott focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters, from those involving landlord/tenant, to non-disclosure and boundary line disputes, to those involving construction defects and homeowners’ associations. He also has significant litigation experience outside of real estate, regularly representing clients involved in business and partnership disputes. Although Scott is a firm believer in resolving appropriate cases through early mediation, he is experienced in all aspects of litigation and is comfortable taking the right case all the way through trial.
