2020 Laws That Affect Rental Housing:  The SFAA January Member Meeting will provide members with an overview of three new laws that will directly impact owners of residential property. Our attorney panel will discuss:







  • Just Cause Eviction for ALL buildings in SF,
  • Temporary Evictions for Capital Improvement Work
  • New guidelines for serving notices (rent increase over 10%, the new timelines for serving a 3-day notice, and extended response period for unlawful detainer summons).
