Manager Lunch

Manager Lunch
The summer of 2019 could bring the most substantial changes to California’s rental housing laws in the last 25 years. Between the potential of statewide rent control, local requirements to offer for-sale apartment buildings to nonprofits, and the possibility of “rolling” rent control for San Francisco buildings which have previously been exempt, it’s as important as ever for Managers and Executives to be up to date with potential regulatory changes and current industry best practices.

The San Francisco Apartment Association will convene its Manager’s Lunch meeting on September 18 from 12:00 to 1:30pm. Reserve your space to learn about AB 1482, COPA, the San Francisco November election, and how we as an industry can best operate under constant scrutiny.

Attendance is limited to the first 30 people. Street-metered parking can be found or there is a pay lot at the corner of Grove and Gough, located one block from the restaurant. Please remember to bring your $75.00 check payable to the SFAA.

We look forward to seeing you on the 20th.
Sincerely,

Vanessa Khaleel
Deputy Director
