Lunch & Learn The Move In Process
Do you know all the ins and outs of moving a tenant in to your unit? This course will educate you on the process of rental agreements, how to prepare the move-in package, write policies and procedures, create a resident handbook and the proper way to collect rent, handle bad checks and file legal notices.
This class is taught by Michelle Horneff-Cohen of Property Management Systems.
