You just received notice that your resident is moving out! What do you do next? During the Move-Out Webinar, you will learn just what to do to protect yourself during the last 30 days of your residents tenancy, learn what documentation is required to be sent, how to perform an initial inspection, and how complete the security deposit disposition.

·       How to prepare a move-out packet.
·       Scheduling a walk thru
·       Identifying normal wear and tear as opposed to damages.
·       Security Deposit deductions.

This class is taught by Michelle Horneff-Cohen of Property Management Systems.

Once you complete registration you will be sent a separate link to register for the Zoom webinar system. Upon completion you will be sent the event access ID.
