Are you sure that your tenant has a pet in the unit? Is the pet a comfort or support animal? What is the difference between a comfort animal to a support animal? How do you deal with a tenant that has a pet in a no pet building? Is the Accommodation Necessary? Is Proof Required For An Accommodation? What Kind of Proof Should a Landlord Accept? Come and have all these questions and more answered. The class will be taught by ERIC ANDRESEN,  CPM, PRESIDENT, WEST COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CURTIS DOWLING of DOWLING & MARQUEZ LLC. Eric & Curtis have been dealing with pet issues for more than 10 years. Come learn the pitfalls and the correct procedures of how to deal with tenants with pets.
