It is the Owner/Agent’s responsibility to be aware of the laws regarding fair housing. Fair housing practices are not only ethical, they are good business. With discrimination complaints, undercover investigations, and fines and penalties on the rise, it is imperative that all owners and employees are trained to understand and abide by all federal, state and local laws regarding fair housing. This class will be taught by Michelle Horneff-Cohen of Property Management Systems.
Fee: $85 for SFAA members; $100 for non-members
