This class will cover:

• Federal, State, and Local Law Landlord Concerns Grounds for Eviction Legality of Marijuana Solutions Recovering Possession
• Current smoking laws in California
• Recreational marijuana use
• Fair Housing considerations using medicinal marijuana
  

This class will be taught by Steven Williams of Fried & Williams, LLP. Steve’s experience includes counseling property owners in many areas of the law, including landlord/tenant, co-ownership and neighbor disputes, and purchase/sales transactions.  He has represented clients in court, at arbitration, at mediation, and at government agency hearings, including Rent Board hearings. He has extensive litigation experience and has argued cases before the California Court of Appeal.
