Come learns the ins and outs of renting out a tenant occupied unit. The class will be taught by attorney Scott Freedman of Zacks, Freedman & Patterson located in San Francisco. Come learn about: Insurance Access and Marketing Rent Increases Disclosures OMI Condo Conversion Buyouts Buyouts Rental History Scott focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters, from those involving landlord/tenant, to non-disclosure and boundary line disputes, to those involving construction defects and homeowners’ associations. He also has significant litigation experience outside of real estate, regularly representing clients involved in business and partnership disputes. Although Scott is a firm believer in resolving appropriate cases through early mediation, he is experienced in all aspects of litigation and is comfortable taking the right case all the way through trial.
