This class will explore the dynamics and options to raise rent for Section 8 tenants. Join us to explore your rights regarding rent increases on rent controlled units. You might be pleasantly surprised! This class will be taught by Jo Biel of Eviction Assistance.

Fee: $65 for SFAA members; $85 for non-members

All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the class to receive a full refund.
