Owner Move Ins Evictions Class
Do you or a family member need to move back into your unit/home? Will I have to pay a relocation fee to have my tenant move out? How long do I have to wait to start renting out my unit again after an Ellis eviction?
If you have these types of questions come and learn the answers. This class will cover the basics of completing an Owner-Move In or an Ellis Act eviction under provisions of the San Francisco Rent Ordinance. The essential steps for each procedure will be reviewed and the advantages, pitfalls and dangers of each will be discussed in detail. An open question and answer session will follow the seminar.
