Evictions Class
Will I have to pay a relocation fee to have my tenant move out? How long do I have to wait to start renting out my unit again after an Ellis eviction?  If you have these types of questions come and learn the answers. This class will cover the basics of completing an Ellis Act eviction under provisions of the San Francisco Rent Ordinance as well as the general information on evictions in San Francisco. The essential steps for each procedure will be reviewed and the advantages, pitfalls and dangers of each will be discussed in detail.  An open question and answer session will follow the seminar. If you are interested in taking back possession of your rental property for personal use, this seminar is a must. Instructed by Frank Kim of Eviction Assistance
