Refund Policy
Cancellations and a request for a refund must be made in writing. The tuition for the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation program series is refundable, provided cancellation is received prior to the first day of instruction, less a $75 cancellation fee.
For cancellations after the first day of instruction, students who have completed 60 percent or less of the number of hours required to complete the designation program will be granted a refund based on a charge per hour of instruction. Hourly charge is determined by dividing the total cost for the CCRM series, divided by the 35 hours of required instruction.
For example, if a student cancels after taking 7 hours of instruction, the student is eligible for a refund equaling 28 times the hourly charge, minus the $75 cancellation fee. Refunds will be paid by the association’s sponsoring chapter/division no more than 30 days following the written request for cancellation.
For individual course registrations, a full refund will be given to those who cancel with at least five (5) days prior notice to the seminar. For cancellations within four (4) days prior to the seminar there will be a $10 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend a class or classes without canceling. You may reschedule a class for a later time if you do the following:
- Notify us before the date of the class you need to reschedule;
- Pay a $25 reschedule fee for each class; and
- Reschedule the class within one calendar year. Dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
