The San Francisco Apartment Association is your rental housing resource. SFAA is dedicated to educating, advocating for, and supporting the Rental Housing Community so that its members operate ethically, fairly, and profitably. SFAA’s is a trade association whose main focus is to support rental owners by offering a wide variety of benefits that address all aspects of rental housing industry. We offer our members everything needed to manage rental property within the law.
There are three types of membership options open to individuals and companies in the rental housing industry:
- Regular Members - Rental Property Owners — single family homes, duplexes, condos, or apartment buildings. (Fifty-two percent of SFAA Regular Members own single family homes or 1-4 units)
- Property Management Companies — professionally managed buildings
- Associate Members (vendors/suppliers) — companies providing products and services to the rental housing industry.
To become a member of SFAA you can sign up online or you can download, complete and fax our membership application (pdf) to our offices at 415.255.1112 (or you can scan and email your completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org).
