Membership Meetings
Sponsor one of our Monthly Membership Meetings! Benefits include:
- (1) Speak for 10-15 minutes to over 150 plus rental property owners at our monthly meeting.
- (2) Distribute your marketing materials directly to our members.
- (3) Network after the meeting.
- (4) Your company sponsorship will be included in our meeting announcement electronically mailed to our entire membership.
- (5) Your companies’ advertisement will be placed on our meeting agenda.
Cost: $400
If you would like to use a LCD Projector for a Powerpoint presentation, please contact SFAA directly to make arrangements. The LCD Projector is not a service that SFAA provides; the rental is provided through Ft. Mason at an additional fee. SFAA is not liable for any lost or stolen equipment.
Trade Show Sponsor (Monday, April 16, 2012)
Be a part of our annual trade show; this year our theme is Monday Night Fever. Each year the Trade Show opens up whole new levels of available sponsorships for your business and to support the SFAA.
The Trade Show is for Professionals like you who provide San Francisco’s property owners with top products and services were on hand. Be sure to sign up next for next year!! This year we had 500+ members and guest attend the event; it was a huge success.

SFAA 2012 Trophy Awards
For 90 plus years the San Francisco Apartment Association has served the Rental Housing Industry! Join us in our annual November awards ceremony where we honor different industry partners; while building personal business relationships.
Support this event and experience visibility in our SF Apartment Magazine, all marketing material related to event, on our web page (www.sfaa.org), and the 2012 Trophy Event Program. By sponsoring the 2012 Trophy’s you are able to enjoy a cocktail mixer prior to our formal dinner and awards ceremony.

Website Advertising
Sign up for a one-month spotlight sponsorship featuring your company’s information on our home page! Benefits include:
- (1) your company’s description, logo, and link to your company’s webpage.
- (2) All email blast sent by SFAA will have your companies name and web link (5-10 blasts a month)
For and additional $100 SFAA can have a link to your marketing flyer on our home page.

In addition to the SF Apartment Magazine, Associate Members are listed on the Associate Page of the website. Website Advertising is a great opportunity for your company to target a specific audience.
Education
Sponsor our Educational Events and Classes! Each year we put on over 35 classes and education seminars. As our sponsor, your company will be advertised in the email blasts and on our website under Education (www.sfaa.org). We will distribute your marketing materials at the class.

CCRM Sponsorship
SFAA's next 2012 Property Management Series starts Thursday, January 19, 2012 and
runs through Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Jewish Community Center in San Francisco. Each session runs from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Have your company stand out to future resident managers who will be certified.
Binder Sponsor (one per series) or Card Sponsor (ten spaces available):
- Binder Sponsorship - Insert an 8x10 flyer on the back cover for the CCRM series that lasts 10 consecutive weeks. Your information will be viewed by future certified resident managers.
Cost: $350 (Must be submitted be reserved by January 13, 2012)

- Card Sponsorship - Be part of SFAA referral program through the CCRM. Your card along with 9 other vendors will be listed in the front of CCRM binder.

**New Member Mailer
Be part of our New Member Mailer! Have your marketing materials included with our welcome materials to all new members. Coupons work great! We send to 500 plus new members a year. Sign up for a month!
Cost: $150 **SOLD FOR THE YEAR** Sponsorship available in July of 2012.
Quarterly Lobby Sponsor
Have your marketing materials placed in our office lobby for three months! Just get us your marketing materials (coupons, pens, flyers, etc) and we will distribute them to everyone that comes in the door. (Approximately ten plus walk-ins a day.)
Cost: $250
Billing Sponsor
Let your marketing materials ride along with our billing statements. Insert a one- page advertisement with our monthly billing! (We send approximately 400 bills each month).
Cost: $250
Magazine Advertising
Advertise in our monthly magazine, SF Apartment Magazine! Please see our Ad Rates on our website.
