trade showSFAA's 2015 Tradeshow — Spring Classic — is coming:

Mon., April 20, 2015
4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Fort Mason Conference Center, Building A

Our annual tradeshow will cover all facets of the multifamily housing industry. Professionals who provide San Francisco’s property owners with top products and services will be on hand to help improve your effectiveness.

This event is FREE and open to the general public.

Our Spring Classic Tradeshow also includes the following free educational classes:

    Location: Building C, Room# 205, Time: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

  • Rentpath - Rentpath will be discussing the Current Market conditions. Are you comparing your apartment to other listings and making a semi-educated guess? Does it seem like itís taking forever to find a tenant? On the flip side, have you ever had so much competition for a place that you worry you underpriced your unit? If you have these sorts of question--this is the course for you.

Lovely Leasing - Joe Golike of Lovely Leasing, a rental pricing expert, will be discussing the current market conditions and how to effectively price rentals in San Francisco.

    Location: Gatehouse Building, Time: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

  • Serving Notices - Jo Biel & Frank Kim of Eviction Assistance will be discussing all the notices that can be given to a tenant and the processes.

    Location: Building C, Room# 210, Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

  • Water Conservation - Chandra Johnson of the SFPUC will be discussing the current water conservation guidelines and the proposed 41% increase during the drought.
